Other Comments / Explanations:

Due to the deteriorating track conditions and inclement weather, Stewards brought forward the starting time for Race 5 to commence at 3:45pm and Race 6 to commence at 4:15pm. Public broadcasts were made to this effect.

Race 1 xmas races sunday 8 dec maiden plate - 1000 metres:

Bon Torr Mor Had to be resaddled upon arrival at the barriers. Bounded on jumping, then was checked when crowded shortly after the start between, Ever Loved A Woman and At Large, both of which shifted ground.

Ever Loved A Women Passing the 250m was steadied when crowded by Malonga (Maddison Morris), which shifted in when not fully clear. Maddison Morris was reprimanded and advised to exercise more care in similar circumstances. Rider John Eady accidentally dropped his whip passing the 150m.

Charlies Ticket Rider Tim Grace accidentally dropped his whip passing the 200m. Near the 150m rider Tim Grace lost the use of his left stirrup iron, placing him at a disadvantage for the remainder of the race.

The Anarchist Raced wide without cover throughout.

Race 2 the thank you 2 peters trophy race (1) handicap - 1000 metres:

Ragtime Fractious prior to the start. Began awkwardly and lost ground. Raced wide without cover throughout.

Race 3 katie weaRs the pants open trophy handicap - 1000 metres:

Kumo Began awkwardly.

Race 4 LUCYS GREAT MISTAKE TROPHY RACE (1) HANDICAP - 1200 metres:

Erodude Began awkwardly and got its head up, losing ground as a result.

Double Elvis Raced wide without cover for the majority of the event.

Launch Time Rider Caitlin King accidentally dropped her whip near the 100m.

Playboy Spike When questioned regarding the tactics adopted on the gelding today, rider Tracey Johnson stated that she was given no firm instructions and was able to obtain a handy position in the early stages and passing the 800m she allowed her mount to stride forward to race outside the leader. She added that passing the 650m she commenced to ride her mount along to obtain the outright lead. After being shown the Stewards patrol film Tracy Johnson conceded that in hindsight she would have been better suited to remain racing outside the leader for longer, bearing in mind the solid tempo set in the early stages. After taking into account her relative inexperience, Stewards advised Tracey Johnson that in future she would be expected to allow her mount some respite in the middle stages, to give it the best opportunity to finish off the race strongly.

Race 5 MARCUS MURRIHY FREE MAN TROPHY RACE (1) hANDICAP - 1650 metres:

The commencement of this race was delayed for approximately 12 minutes when the ambulance became bogged.

Lagona Made contact with the outside rail enroute to the barriers.

Race 6 HEALESVILLE MUSIC FESTIVAL NOV 15 17 OPEN TROPHY RACE - 1650 metres:

Earthling After being led onto the track the gelding attempted to buck for a short distance and dislodged its rider Courtney Pace. Earthling galloped for some distance riderless before being recaptured. As a result this race was delayed for approximately 13 minutes. As Courtney Pace was deemed unfit to fulfil her engagement the gelding was declared a late withdrawal by order of the Stewards at 4:20pm.
