Picnic Racing Awards for Season 2009/10 Season
There was a large turnout for the annual Picnic Racing Awards night at Amstel Gold Club to celebrate the achievements and successes of those people involved within the Picnic Racing Industry.

The Picnic Racing circuit provides a chance for trainers and owners to commence and expand their career and for Approved Riders, an opportunity to advance their skills and experience in the racing industry. Even with the relaxed atmosphere of the Picnic Races, these meetings still include all the competitiveness, betting and thrilling racing experience one finds at a professional racecourse.

Each year, Picnic Racing continues to grow with bigger fields and huge crowds. You would have to wonder why have 5 meetings been deleted (39 down to 34) and fixed for the next five years ?

Picnic Racing is important both financially and socially to local communities. Without the Clubs, Patrons, Sponsors, Volunteers, Barrier Staff, Clerks, Trainers Riders and most importantly the HORSES, there would be no racing.

Thank you for your support in attending and supporting Picnic Racing throughout the season and congratulations to all of this years award winners.
