KANE BAGS THREE

The last time Kane Harris visited Balnarring he rode a frustrating 5 seconds from 5 rides. Today he made amends and booted home three winners, each time nudging out last years jockey of the season Adam Bodey.

In a great riding display he brought home Blue Vein, second favourite at $3-00, Sensational Goss, second favourite at $3-50 and then Caratime the third favourite at $5-00.

The day also saw Danielle Daniel ride her first winner as a picnic jockey. After six previous rides with the best being a 3rd on todays winner at Woolamai, this quick learning jockey rode a confident race on Mr Martindale at $3-20 to land her first winner.

There was a large crowd in attendance to celebrate Balnarring's Xmas meeting (is it that time already !!). Although a few short priced runners were beaten all winners were well in the market so punters had a good chance to fill the XMAS stocking.
